Lexi’s passion for the oil and gas industry was ignited at the age of six, when she first became captivated by the stories of exploration and innovation shared by her family. Growing up as the granddaughter of West Texas wildcatter CD “Red” Davis, who was known for his pioneering work in the oilfield during the 70’s & 80’s.  This unique background laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the industry, and she has since developed a comprehensive knowledge of its complexities and challenges.

Lexi supports both upstream and midstream operations, leveraging a versatile skill set that spans multiple segments of the oil and gas industry. She combines her technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, building meaningful relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues to drive collaboration and success across all areas of her work.

Outside of her professional life, Lexi enjoys spending quality time with her husband—who works in midstream—and their son. Whether fishing, hunting, or traveling, these shared outdoor activities offer a welcome respite from daily routines and strengthen their family bonds.
